You are sipping a glass of Chianti wine while savoring the view of the hillside of Tuscany at sunset. The golden hew of the sky alongside the buttery smell coming from the kitchen roots you in the moment. Pure bliss.
You arrive in Tuscany tired from travel and overstimulated from life back home… and within hours, something in you softens.
Maybe it’s the rolling hills covered in vineyards. Maybe it’s the way dinner somehow lasts three hours without anyone checking the time. Maybe it’s the first sip of wine while the sun drops behind the cypress trees and someone at the table says, “I can’t believe we’re actually here.”
By Day 2, you’ll already have your spot at the villa. The place you naturally drift back to every morning with your coffee or every evening with a glass of wine in hand. Maybe it’s under the olive trees. Maybe it’s beside the pool. Maybe it’s the quiet corner where you finally finish the chapter you’ve been rereading for three months because life at home never slowed down enough to let you.
Mornings begin slowly here. Fresh pastries. Espresso. Soft conversations before the day unfolds. No rushing from one thing to the next. No pressure to constantly be “doing.” The luxury here isn’t just beautiful accommodations - it’s finally having room to breathe.
Afternoons feel beautifully unhurried. Long lunches at wineries where the wine keeps coming and nobody’s trying to turn the table over. Wandering little Tuscan towns that somehow make you want to throw your phone into a river and move to Italy permanently. Time to nap, swim, sit in silence, or laugh with new friends who somehow don’t feel new anymore.
One evening, you’ll sit down for a dinner so simple and so good that it becomes one of those memories you keep talking about years later. Homemade pasta. Local wine. Olive oil made nearby. The kind of meal where nobody is looking at their watch because nobody wants it to end.
The cooking class won’t feel staged or touristy. There will be flour on the counter, wine glasses half-full, someone accidentally ruining the sauce while everyone laughs too hard to care. You’ll leave with recipes, yes - but more importantly, with the feeling of what it was like to slow down enough to enjoy making something together.
There will be wine tastings that turn into long conversations. Quiet mornings. Loud dinners. Truffle hunting. Beautiful chaos. Moments where you look around and realize this trip feels different than the vacations you usually take.
Because it is.
This isn’t about checking Italy off a list. It’s about experiencing Tuscany the way people dream about it when they picture moving abroad, drinking wine at sunset, disappearing into a slower life for a little while, and remembering who they are underneath all the noise back home.
And somewhere between the vineyard lunches, the golden evenings, the laughter echoing through the villa, and the peaceful exhaustion at the end of each day… you’ll realize you haven’t thought about your inbox in hours.
Maybe even days.
This trip is for the person who wants to experience Tuscany in a way that feels effortless, intentional, and deeply memorable. It’s for the people who are craving a slower pace. The ones who want beautiful accommodations, incredible food and wine, meaningful experiences, and enough breathing room to actually enjoy where they are instead of rushing from one landmark to the next. It’s for couples who need uninterrupted time together away from the constant responsibilities of everyday life. It’s for girlfriends who want to laugh over wine at dinner, wander through Tuscan towns together, and share an experience that feels both luxurious and grounding at the same time. It’s also for solo travelers who want the magic of Tuscany without having to figure everything out alone. The kind of traveler who loves independence, but also loves knowing there’s already a welcoming table, a thoughtfully planned experience, and people to share moments with if they want to.This group is designed intentionally for people who value connection, but also appreciate having space to recharge. You won’t feel pressured to constantly socialize, but you also won’t feel isolated. There’s room for both quiet mornings with espresso and long dinners filled with conversation and laughter.
This trip is probably not for you if:
But if your version of luxury looks more like:
Then you’ll probably feel very at home here.

Most people will not know one another. Group connection will begin before the trip through group communication (private Facebook group & WhatsApp group chat) and pre-travel support. By the time you arrive, you will no longer feel like strangers. Some of the best friendships start on trips like this one!
This is an adults only trip. Many of our guests are parents, grandparents, caregivers, business owners, and busy professionals who spend much of their lives taking care of others. This week is about taking care of yourself. For that reason, all guests must be 18 years of age or older. We absolutely love family travel—but this particular experience is dedicated to adults looking for a true escape.
Shared rooms are standard (referred to as double occupancy). There is only 1 single supplement room left.
No. You are responsible for securing your own international airfare to Florence. We will give you full guidance on arrival timing and flight options, and we are available to assist in booking airfare for a small fee.

Ciao!
When dreaming of this trip and how to make the most of it, I reflected back on a phrase I heard in a movie once - Dolce Far Niente - the sweetness of doing nothing.
While doing nothing may not sound appealing to most, it was the beauty in what that “nothing” really means that drew me - it is not a lack of activity, but a lack of stress while doing the things you love the most. THAT is the concept this journey is built around. We will have a blend of meaningful experiences that will heighten our senses and allow us to TRULY savor Tuscany.
If your need when traveling is to “go go go”, this is NOT the trip for you. This journey will be beautifully balanced in a way that we experience amazing opportunities AND still return home refreshed. This “dolce far niente” spirit will allow for moments of connection between you and your loved ones or reconnecting with yourself.
I know you don’t want to miss this opportunity, so register soon. There are limited spaces and I want to ensure YOU get to experience the real “dolce far niente”.
